1. General Information
1.1. The Siren Project Festival (“Festival”) is organized by Katarzyna Lidia Weichert (Hamsa Dance School), Dorota Ścibiorek (Dum Tek Dance Studio) and Izabella Cichowska.
1.2. The Festival will take place on 11-13.09.2026 in Warsaw.
1.3. By joining the Festival, all participants, teachers and guests agree to follow these Guidelines.
2. Registration and Participation
2.1. Registration for workshops and the open stage must be completed via the official registration form provided by the Organizer.
2.2. The number of spots in workshops is limited; “first come, first served” applies.
2.3. Participation is open to all FCBD Style and The Siren Project enthusiasts, regardless of age or level.
3. Fees and Cancellation Policy
3.1. The deposit for workshops must be paid within 3 days after receiving a confirmation.
3.2. The remaining fees are to be paid according to the payment schedule provided by the Organizer.
3.3 If the fees are not paid within the agreed timeline, the participant will be removed from the list of participants.
3.4. Paid fees are non-refundable.
3.5. If a participant cannot attend, they may transfer their spot to another person by notifying the Organizer in writing (via email) no later than 7 days before the event.
3.6. The Organizer is not responsible for finding replacement participants.
4. Workshops
4.1. Each participant must arrive on time for their chosen workshop.
4.2. Proper dance clothing and footwear are required for safety.
4.3. Participants must follow the instructor’s directions at all times.
4.4. The Organizer reserves the right to adjust the schedule or replace instructors if necessary.
5. Showcase & Open Stage
5.1. The Festival includes non-competitive performances in the form of:
- Show: performances by invited guest artists and groups.
- Open Stage: an opportunity for participants to present their dance in a supportive environment.
5.2. Music must be provided in advance in MP3 format via provided sign-up form.
5.3. No dangerous props or fire are allowed.
6. Code of Conduct
6.1. The Festival promotes respect, inclusivity and creativity.
6.2. Any form of discrimination, harassment or offensive behavior will not be tolerated.
6.3. Participants are expected to support and encourage one another.
7. Safety and Liability
7.1. All participants take part in workshops and performances at their own risk.
7.2. The Organizer is not responsible for personal injuries, accidents or lost belongings.
7.3. Participants are advised to carry personal insurance.
8. Media and Promotion
8.1. By attending, participants agree that photos and videos taken during the Festival may be used by the Organizer for promotional purposes.
8.2. No financial compensation will be provided for the use of such materials.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the schedule or program or cancel the event in justified situations (sickness, accidents, war etc.).9.2. If the event is cancelled by the Organizer the participants will receive a refund of the fees.
9.2. Any situations not covered by these Guidelines will be resolved by the Organizer.
