Repetiremos los pasos rítmicos más importantes y característicos que hemos aprendido recientemente (será un afianzamiento de conocimientos para las personas que participaron en la primera clase en agosto y una oportunidad de conocerlos para las personas que solo nos acompañan ahora) y, sobre todo, aprenderemos los siguientes pasos rítmicos en el dialecto The Siren Project: Hip Twist Flourish, Double Back, Push Forward & Back, Hip Bump Spins y otros tipos de Spins
Analizamos los pasos y luego los practicamos en combos, para que pueda aprender a transiciones entre los pasos y recordarlos más fácilmente.
Después de estos talleres, tendremos una amplia gama de pasos de dialecto que podrá incorporar a su práctica de improvisación y ampliar sus espectáculos.
El taller se lleva a cabo en vivo en línea por Zoom y se graba: el enlace al video está disponible para usted en Google Drive durante un mes.

 The Siren Project – fan dialect from the beginning part 2! in Polish and English 1,5h

We invite you to continue learning the fan dialect from the creator of this style! The fan is an extremely elegant prop that highlights the beautiful lines and strong hands of FCBD Style, uses flamenco inspiration in our dance and sometimes changes the nature of the movement!
During the workshop, we will make a short revision of the steps that we have learned recently (it will be a great grounding of knowledge for people who participated in the first classes and a chance to get to know them for people who will only join us now) and we will learn about the next slow moves – the core of the dialect, that is, the most popular moves: various versions of Sahra Turn, Balancing Step / Camel Walk, various Barrel Turns and others.
We break down the steps and then practice them in combos – so that you can learn the transitions as well and remember them more easily.
The workshop is intended for beginners in our dialect (and intermediate in FCBD Style), both those who participated in the August workshop and those who will be with us for the first time will benefit from the classes.

Zapraszamy na kontynuację nauki dialektu z wachlarzem u samej twórczyni tego stylu! Wachlarz to niezwykle elegancki rekwizyt, który podkreśla piękne linie i mocne ręce FCBD Style, wykorzystuje flamencowe inspiracje w naszym tańcu, a czasami zmienia charakter kroku!
Na warsztatach zrobimy krótką powtórkę kroków, które poznałyśmy ostatnio (będzie to świetne ugruntowanie wiedzy dla osób, które brały udział w pierwszych zajęciach oraz szansa na ich poznanie dla osób, które dopiero teraz do nas dołączą) i poznamy kolejne wolne ruchy (wraz z ekscytującymi obrotami i najbardziej popularnymi ruchami: rózne wersje Sahra Turn, Balancing Step/ Camel Walk, różne Barrel Turns i inne).
Rozbieramy te kroki na części, a potem ćwiczymy je w kombosach – tak aby, nauczyć się jednocześnie przejść między krokami i łatwiej je zapamiętać.
Warsztat jest przeznaczony dla osób początkujących w naszym dialekcie (a średniozaaw. w FCBD Style), na zajęciach skorzystają osoby zarówno te, które uczestniczyły w warsztatach siepniowych, jak i te, które będą u nas po raz pierwszy.

The workshop consists of three parts: in the first, we break down the barrelish steps and turns, including different kinds of spins, and we will analyze the details. Then we will try out various combinations of steps and practice them in combos. For the last half an hour we will focus on the dance itself in Dancing in Flow® with fan!
Level: intermediate and advanced in the Siren Project dialect.
