A series of workshops for manton lovers – The Siren Project FCBD Style Manton Dialect “Spread your Wings” by Agata Zakrzewska!
This is a comprehensive course that will take you from the basics to advanced and new combinations, through fast and slow steps. If you want to become an official trainer and representative of the siren dialect, this course is for you! The full course is mandatory if you want to take part in The Siren Project Teachers Training.
All courses are available as videos to watch only on Google Drive and they stay available till Siren TT . We encourage you to attend live via Zoom in the upcoming workshops!

Then we will add you to the classes in the system and you will have them in your archive (go to „all my classes”, change to „completed” and you will find the archive).
Price:
Each class is 3 hours long and costs between: 38-60 EUR, 40-63 USD
It means there is a sliding scale and you pay as much you want/can/value the class in a given frame.
The Siren Project Manton Dialect:
The Siren Project Manton Dialect is a flamenco inspired FCBD Style dialect, using FCBD Style steps and concepts (from vol. 1-9) combined with manton – in a beautiful and energetic group improvisation. It was created by Agata with her dance partner Katarzyna Lidia, with lots of valuable input from their The Siren Project dance troupe. The Siren Project style has become known and very popular around the world. It can be used in group improv or as an inspiration for choreography work – as well as a very effective solo style.
The Manton Dialect also uses certain steps and combos from outside the common FCBD Style knowledge – like steps created by Devi Mamak, SuperBeth, Katarzyna Lidia and Agata herself. These will be taught throughout the series by Agata, so that we all share a common dance language
Agata Zakrzewska:
Agata Zakrzewska is dancer, choreographer and teacher of FCBD® Style, fusion bellydance and Egyptian style belly dance (raqs sharki). She started dancing in 2007 and immediately immersed herself in various styles of bellydance – taking multiple classes a week and workshops every weekend. In 2009 she co-founded the first FCBD® Style troupe in Warsaw: The Siren Society. She is a FatChanceBellydance® Certified Studio. She also did the Technique for Teachers training with Carolena and Megha twice – in UK in 2016 and in the US in 2019. In 2015r. Agata also completed her bachelor’s degree in Choreography and Dance Technique at the Academy of Music in Lodz.
Agata was the first teacher in Warsaw who taught ATS® FCBD® style – her work contributed to the popularization of FCBD® Style in Warsaw and to the emergence of new groups of dancers. Since 2013 together with Katarzyna Lidia she works on developing flamenco-inspired movement dialect, which they perform with their troupe The Siren Project. The Siren Project Manton dialect is Agata’s specialty and personal creation. Agata teaches and performs in Poland and abroad. So far she taught FCBD® Style or its dialects in Italy, France, Austria, Russia, Ukraine, Germany – and since the pandemic she was a guest teacher at many online events as well.
